610 just around the bend

The area where 610 runs into (and stops) at hwy 169 is a field of bounty...commerically that is. If you look an aerial map you can see the area is one highway link away from evolving into what will some day soon be considered a first ring suburb. Osseo will become Hopkins. Champlin and Brooklyn Park will look more like Plymouth. Maple Grove will become more like, well, Maple Grove. Only now they will all be more efficiently connected to the other new first ring area, Coon Rapids. The bottom line is that with pressure to develop outward, we continue to look inward with new purpose. What is farm today will be hospital parking lot next to a big box /mixed-use development tomorrow.
