Combination, creation and conversion

Helping people realize their business vision is the job of a commercial broker. The recently opened Dunn Bros on West 7th is a great example of two parties connected to do just that. We matched the elements, brought the parties together and counseled the teams as they co-created the manifestation of their collective vision.

Here is the before photo of a building that housed a 100 year old flower business ready to go out to pasture. Now there is a vibrant floral shop and nationally branded coffee shop serving as a community anchor. Blending the old with the new. The new build out on the inside of the building is sweet. It will be the first of great adaptive reuses to properties on this block.
