Space...now more than ever

Adam saw this a while back and thought it was good executive management gray matter. ---
Are you using your workplace as a strategic tool? Check whether your workplace is more than just real estate:

* What message does your workplace communicate?
* Is your office congruent with your brand?
* Does it support collaboration?
* Does it provide a healthy environment?
* Will it help attract and retain talent?
* Does it reinforce your values and culture?
* Does it spark creativity?
* Will it easily accommodate your IT needs today and tomorrow?
---

The answers may be more depressing than all the news we don't need to keep reading. Now more than ever, its a flight to quality. Quality means bang for the buck AND benefits for the band. Its essential to deliver a memorable experience.

Now the most simple way to say it is... are you getting the most out of your space?
Sure, the overhead needs a haircut before the staff does but before you cut the things that make showing up worthwhile, look at what you can do to sublease, renegotiate, or otherwise maximize your daily digs. Your landlord, your broker, and your employees may have a suggestion that make the economic AND experience solution. The collaborative goal is supporting your company's health and well being, efficiently.

Call Adam. We'll help make your workplace dreams come true. At the very least, we'll help circle the wagons and pass the hat.

I just came across your Blog and thought I'd note how well designed it is. I now work in industrial property leasing but had a previous career in internet marketing. My colleagues in commercial real estate have been slow to adopt online media and I'm glad to see you've had such success with it. I'll keep reading if you'll keep writing!

I think, importantly too, is the quality offered by class B buildings and the leverage they may have over class A buildings. Many tenants are looking for the high-end class B structures in an effort to save on overhead costs. Slight renovations and other aesthetic overhauls can definitely go a long way for the landlord.
