Daniel A. Peterson

Broker/Owner

Dan brings 22 years of proven entrepreneurial energy, professional experience and networked resources to his clients and the companies he has helped launch.

Dan has spent the last eight years working as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor and is currently the licensed broker/owner of Adam Commercial Real Estate. His role has included broker, developer, consultant and property inspector for his clients. Dan is an active member of MNCAR and NAR.

Laura Moore

Retail Brokerage Associate

Laura Moore joined Adam Commercial in 2009 and assists with tenant representation, site selection and consulting to clients. Laura has been in the industry for over 10 years and has established a National network and negotiated a wide variety of complex transactions.

Laura has provided tenant representation services for Lowe's Home Improvement, Goodwill, Sally Beauty Supply, Pier 1, Massage Envy, Movie Gallery and CSK Auto. In addition, Laura has represented several development companies and owners. Laura served as the marketing committee co-chair of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) in 2004 and is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).

Jason Sandquist

Brokerage Associate

Jason Sandquist comes to Adam Commercial with a background in representing tenants and buyers of office, industrial, retail and multifamily real estate. Prior to commercial real estate, Jason spent a number of years in residential real estate sales and construction. Jason is a recognized leader in the development of social media utilization for commercial real estate. He has developed strong connections with the emerging platforms of new business and is published regularly in various outlets. Jason is a member of MNCAR, NAR and is the founder of local commercial real estate blog, the vanillashell.net.

Brad Klein

Brokerage Associate

A sense of wonder. Good trait to have if you are a filmmaker or work in commercial real estate. Luckily for Brad Klein, he lives in both those worlds. Brad is an experienced real estate professional and client relations specialist with over 25 years involvement in music, film, radio and hospitality sales industries. Brad previously worked at the Restaurant Brokers of Minnesota as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent since 2005. He successfully negotiated the sale / purchases of restaurants & commercial property in Minnesota by guiding clients through the entire deal making process. Prior to the Restaurant Brokers, Brad was a sales associate for Espresso Midwest, selling high quality restaurant equipment worldwide.
