A large agricultural plastics recycler had an untimely shutdown and lost the ability to conduct business in their current facility. Members of the ownership had to reform and find a new home for the heavy volume, unique process.

With their client, Adam embarked on a 15 month search for a site across two states. The facility requirements required on-going buy-in from lenders, municipalities, equipment suppliers and investors. Adam was able to present options on both facility and strategic partner fronts all the while keeping the changing requirements and multiple options in play.

The result was a new 100,000 sqft facility for a clean tech company with an economically advantageous lease and 47 jobs and revenue to a rural industrial park in Southern Minnesota.
