Coffee & Flowers – Maximizing value for owners and investors
A 3,000 square foot flower shop had been in business at the same location for decades. The building was purchased by an investor and Adam Commercial worked with new ownership to adjust the building site and floor plan to accommodate more tenants and thus allow for more revenue.
